Learn 10 best techniques for lighting pictures and videos

To take a good photo good lighting is needed. Being light studio or natural light, you can control and set them according to the will of the photographer. What changes between any light source is difficult to 'fine tune' the exact way to make the perfect shot. To be able to use the techniques below is necessary to have one or two light spots and a batsman - but it all depends on your goal, you may need more or less equipment.

1. Broadside or Nearside

This illumination is on the same side where the camera is, taking the entire face or object that is in her direction.

2. Shortside
