Researcher discovers food capable of improving memory in 40%

"Compared with people who consumed less than a serving of vegetables a day, those who eat at least 2.8 servings of vegetables per day had their cognitive change cues lowered by up to 40 percent," the researcher explained. For it is: vegetables. We are really talking about the darlings of those who enjoy healthy eating and the nightmare of those who grew up eating sandwiches, crackers (or crackers - no fights, please) and soda.

The most surprising finding, as far as people's diet is concerned, was the fact that apparently there is no relationship between fruit consumption and memory preservation - obviously, this does not mean that eating fruit does not do well. These foods are essential for the proper performance of various biological functions.
For Morris, vegetables may have more relation to memory because they contain large amounts of vitamin E, essential for the maintenance of our cognitive health. What's more, vegetables, unlike fruits, are usually consumed with fats present in salad dressings, for example - fat increases the absorption of vitamin E. Remember that at lunch time, huh!
