While Bill Gates with his wit and say so left field, I knew very well use their ideas favorably to the point of becoming the richest man in the world.

Steve Jobs was a boastful and arrogant man (my opinion). In the film it is clear how much he underestimated the young Bill Gates. What was missing for Steve?
Dealing with people, treat them with respect and dignity. Machines are cans, humans are heart.
